Returns + Shipping Policies

Thank you for choosing Iz and Oak!  We strive to ensure the best possible customer experience.  Below, please find our store policies and other frequently asked questions.     

Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS.

Iz and Oak is not responsbile for carrier delays in ship time, lost or stolen merchandise or any errors resulting from incorrectly entered address information.

Please confirm your shipping information is correct before submitting your order.  We recommend purchasing Route package protection at checkout, which provides protection against lost, stolen or damaged goods. We are not able to provide tracking updates. Please refer to the tracking number emailed to you at the time of shipping.   

Exchanges/ Returns

Iz and Oak Western Couture LLC accepts returns and exchanges postmarked within 10 days from the customer receiving the item (date marked delivered by carrier.) Exchanges are issued as store credit only. Due to quick changes in inventory, we cannot guarantee product or size availability.  Returns will be refunded to the payment form used at purchase, minus a 5% restocking fee.  All return/exchange shipping costs are at customer expense.    

All packages must be postmarked within 10 days via a return label issued by Iz and Oak. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE IF AN ITEM IS MAILED BACK WITHOUT AN IZ AND OAK ISSUED LABEL. Items must be received in as new condition, including: all original tags intact, unworn, unwashed, free of damage/ wear and tear, free of any odors or smoke smell and free from cosmetic stains.

If Iz and Oak Western Couture LLC receives a return or exchange with any of the aforementioned damage, the return/ exchange will be refused. We will return the item to the customer at customer expense. Iz and Oak Western Couture LLC reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges.

Damage

If any merchandise arrives damaged, defective or if you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at howdy@izandoak.com within five business days. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photos. 

Final Sale Policies

All clearance items, jewelry, and items purchased on sale or with a promo code of 20% off or more are final sale. Pre order items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Promotions

Items purchased on sale or with a promo code of 20% off or more are final sale. Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code can be used per order and is exempt from stacking. Free gifts or promotional items are while supplies last and subject to availability.
